I’m Allison Johnsen
Change and development are all about setting achievable goals, consistently working toward them, and removing barriers that inevitably get in the way.
I am uniquely qualified to coach clients living through significant transitions in their careers, businesses and lives. Over the past 30 years, I’ve gained an optimal blend of experience in business, professional development, healthcare and psychological practice. In addition to years of coach training and practice, I was a professional counselor for many years.
I offer a high-trust, high candor coaching experience that will develop your insight, skill and self-awareness. I will help you clarify what you want, or need, so that you can determine what’s realistic in your present circumstances at work or in your personal life.
